About the role
This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract. We're looking for a proactive and experienced Brand and Events Specialist who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll help bring Allianz's brand to life through the delivery of impactful marketing initiatives and memorable events, while partnering with stakeholders across the business to drive brand awareness, engagement and advocacy. You'll play a key role in executing brand strategies, managing core brand assets and delivering exceptional experiences that support Allianz's ambition to be one of Australia's leading brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of brand initiatives and event marketing campaigns that strengthen Allianz's brand presence and market reputation.
- Plan and execute engaging internal and external events, ensuring a seamless experience from concept through to delivery.
- Manage and protect Allianz's brand assets, ensuring all activity aligns with local and global brand guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive brand advocacy and successful outcomes.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, suppliers and event logistics to deliver high-quality results.
- Measure and evaluate campaign and event performance, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve brand and customer engagement.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience delivering events and brand, marketing and/or corporate events within a large, complex organisation.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities, stakeholders, suppliers and timelines simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the confidence to influence across all levels of the business.
- Experience using event management and e-marketing platforms such as Stova to manage event registrations and communications. While experience with Stova is not essential, you'll be confident learning new systems quickly and have experience using similar event, CRM or marketing automation platforms to build, manage and track event RSVPs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work autonomously, solve problems and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing event logistics, budgets and external partners, with a strong focus on execution and delivering exceptional experiences.
