About the role
- Conduct quality reviews of claims aligned with our quality management framework and Personal Injury claims strategy.
- Record and analyse results to identify trends, areas for improvement, and training gaps, providing feedback to team members and management, while creating action plans and follow-up activities to ensure completion and alignment with technical and regulatory requirements
- Actively coach team members to enhance their skills, performance, and overall development
- Identify, report, and manage risk issues, incidents, and potential breaches, including supporting investigations and remediation.
- Assess risks and controls to support the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and action plans from audits and quality framework outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, regulators, and business units to support compliance initiatives, performance insights, and strategic objectives.
- Participate in initiatives and projects as required to support the strategic objectives of the Long Tail Claims business.
About you
- Experience in complex claims management, compliance, risk, or quality assurance within Life or Group Personal Accident and Health Insurance claims.
- Strong knowledge of Personal Injury claims management and the full claims lifecycle.
- Proven ability to prioritise, organise tasks, and manage competing demands effectively.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies quickly.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills to build relationships and influence outcomes.
- Strong technical proficiency and communication skills, including systems, reporting, and analytical tools.
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
