About the role
The Third-Party Risk Management Specialist supports Allianz business owners in the effective implementation of the Third-Party Risk Management lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate compliance. The role supports compliance and reporting of service provider performance, managing operational risk and disengagement of service providers.
- Support business owners in executing the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) lifecycle, including risk assessments, onboarding, due diligence, implementation, monitoring, and contract exit.
- Collaborate with business owners and procurement to ensure suppliers meet risk, compliance, and security standards, while developing mitigation strategies and maintaining the TPRM governance framework (policies, procedures, guidelines).
- Monitor and assess risks, controls, and issues for service providers, including Material Service Providers (MSPs) and downstream entities, while managing concentration risks and ensuring compliance with service agreements.
- Maintain effective governance frameworks, deliver training and awareness programs, and provide reporting to senior management and governance committees on service provider management and oversight.
- Align and integrate IT tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, ORGS, ServiceNow) with the governance framework, ensuring compliance, data management, and the development of an integrated data model to support TPRM activities.
About you
- Experience in third-party risk management, procurement, supplier governance, compliance, and related fields, with a strong understanding of risk assessment and governance frameworks.
- Skilled in using systems, software, databases, reporting tools, risk management platforms, contract management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Coupa), and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Ability to manage third-party performance through the development of frameworks, KPIs, performance metrics, and actionable insights.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including procurement, compliance, legal, and business teams.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively, managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently while delivering effective business outcomes.
