Job Title            : Azure DevOps Expert

Experience       : 5 – 8 years

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Azure DevOps and Infrastructure Expert to join our dynamic team at Allianz. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in both DevOps methodologies and infrastructure management, focusing on designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and efficient systems.

You will

Architecture and Design:

• Develop and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure solutions.
• Create architecture blueprints and detailed documentation.
• Maintain architectural integrity and consistency across all projects.

DevOps Implementation:

• Lead the adoption and implementation of DevOps practices and tools.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management processes.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment workflows.

Infrastructure Management:

• Manage and maintain both cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for critical systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Security and Compliance:

• Implement security best practices across all infrastructure and DevOps processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies.

Your skills

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Azure DevOps and infrastructure management.
• Proven experience with Windows, Linux and Azure cloud platforms and DevOps.
• Strong background in automation and scripting (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in cloud platforms like Azure.
• Knowledge of database management and optimization.
