Qualification, Experience and Skills
- 4 years + programming and application design experience in relevant technology in a large IT site, predominantly development and support of Applications in the Insurance / Financial Services Domain.
- 3 years +, Competent level, compliance with structured (waterfall or agile) dev process
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in COBOL, CICS, JCL, SQL, DB2.
- Having a basic understanding or exposure to AI tools would be a plus
Desired:
- Insurance Domain Competencies & Experience.
- 4 years +, delivering software into production for an insurance organisation
- Competent level, policy / claims lifecycle understanding MICROFOCUS COBOL, ACCUREV.
