About the Jo
We are seeking an experienced and visionary AI Product Manager & GenAI Leader to drive the development and delivery of cutting-edge AI products and services. You will play a pivotal role at the intersection of technology and business, leading a multidisciplinary team of Data Scientists and DevOps Engineers. Your mission will be to shape and execute our AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of innovation.
What you do
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI and GenAI solutions, from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement.
- Guide and mentor a technical team of Data Scientists and DevOps Engineers, promoting best practices in AI/ML, MLOps, and software engineering.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with company strategy.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models (machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, embeddings, etc.) ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Drive data management initiatives, including data lake and data warehouse architecture, data enrichment, and data governance.
- Ensure seamless integration and automation of development pipelines using DevOps tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Kubernetes, CloudOps, etc.).
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in AI and GenAI, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Foster a problem-solving mindset and champion a culture of continuous learning and experimentation within the team.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in AI/ML product management or technical leadership roles.
- Strong technical expertise in machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and embeddings.
- Solid experience with data management platforms (data lakes, data warehouses, data enrichment processes).
- Hands-on knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Kubernetes, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire technical teams, driving high performance and innovation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong orientation towards technological innovation.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
