Join us now as Client Service Officer - Contract in Taiwan within the Client Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating distribution and investment agreements while providing operational support for our ETF business. Acting as a vital liaison between our internal business units and key retail distribution partners (Banks, Insurance, and Securities firms) and a "Farmer" focus, emphasizing the management of existing client relationships and creating cross-selling opportunities. This role is ideal for a professional with 2 years of experience who excels at partnering with sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The role will have

 

 

What you do

 

  • Retail Partner Support: Serve as a key operational contact for retail partners (Banks, Insurance, and Securities firms), supporting the sales team to ensure all client needs are met.
  • Agreement Coordination: Facilitate the execution of distribution and investment agreements to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for our partners.
  • ETF Operational Support: Provide daily assistance for our ETF business, including basic coordination with Participating Dealers (PDs) and Liquidity Providers (LPs).
  • Internal & Global Liaison: Work closely with both local and regional/global teams to resolve client inquiries and ensure operations run smoothly across borders.
  • Relationship Nurturing (Farmer): Maintain strong ties with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and identify potential cross-selling opportunities.
  • Reporting & Updates: Provide regular updates to the Client Engagement leadership team on account status and partnership health.

 

 

What you bring

 

  • 2+ years of experience in client service or sales support within a financial institution, with a focus on retail distribution channels.
  • Solid understanding of the retail fund landscape (Banks, Insurance, and Securities) and familiarity with investment products, including ETFs.
  • Proven ability to support client relationship management and provide service-oriented solutions to enhance partner satisfaction.
  • A proactive team player with a solution-oriented approach and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen interest in capital markets and industry trends to provide relevant support to the business development team.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential for effective coordination with local partners and regional/global internal teams.
  • AI skills: Microsoft CoPilot
