Talent Acquisition Specialist (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Job Purpose
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The selected candidate will be employed by a third-party provider, while working as an integral member of the Allianz People & Culture team.
The job holder will support the end-to-end talent acquisition process, contributing to candidate attraction, evaluation, interviewing, and hiring, while also having the opportunity to participate in employer branding initiatives. The role focuses on delivering positive candidate experience, ensuring efficient coordination of hiring activities, and fostering effective collaboration with hiring managers and external partners.
This role reports to the People & Culture Supervisor – Talent & Inclusion.
What you will do
- Support the talent acquisition lifecycle for both temporary and permanent staffing needs across the organization
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and partners to support hiring activities
- Conduct candidate screenings, coordinate and conduct interviews
- Deliver excellent candidate experience throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Ensure talent acquisition processes are efficient, compliant and aligned with company policies and values
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including career fairs and recruitment events
- Provide ad-hoc support to the People & Culture team across a variety of initiatives and operational activities
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related discipline; a Master’s degree is a plus
- 2-3 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition
- Proficiency in MS office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors or other platforms (e.g. Phenom) is an asset
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ownership and accountability mindset, with the ability to work under tight timelines
- High technical fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken)
