Qualification & Experience

 

  • 10-15 years of relevant  experience in software development
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as technical architect, expertise with lead application development with internal team and vendor.
  • Expertise in architecting solution for Non-Functional Requirements like security, performance, availability and scalability
  • Leads and supports solution finding and the creation of solution designs.
  • Exposure to AI tools is an add-on advantage.

 

Technical

 

  • Experience in Cloud technologies (AWS or Azure) and Container Runtime platform deployments.
  • Experience with and hands-on know-how on modern web application architecture and development, Microservice and system integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in developing applications using the BMP technology stack, including Java Spring Boot, Angular, MongoDB, Kafka, Open API, and Async API.
  • Experience on development tool chain, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jira, Sonar, ArgoCD, Jira, Junit and similar automated testing tool(s).
  • Experience with GenAI assisted development.
  • Assure quality to project artefacts especially on technical architecture topics and artefacts. Support other aspects of quality assurance with QA lead and respective stakeholders.
