 Job Title: Senior Dev Ops engineer

Location: Allianz Technology, India

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced senior developer to enhance our AML platforms.

The key skills required are as follows:

• Strong expertise in Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) administration.
•  Hands-on experience working across Linux and Windows systems.
• Extensive experience with Git and GitHub-based CI/CD workflows.
• Familiarity with networking, load balancing, and cloud security principles.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell or Python.
• Experience with monitoring and DevOps tools such as Dynatrace, Nexus, Wiz, Prometheus, and GitHub Actions.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
• Strong aptitude for learning and adapting to emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring rapid and reliable delivery of software updates.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use relevant and Az approved tools to automate the provisioning and management of infrastructure, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Monitoring and Logging: Set up and manage monitoring tools and logging systems to track application performance and system health, enabling proactive issue detection and resolution.
• Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate communication between development, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth workflow across teams.

• Configuration Management: Manage and maintain configuration settings for applications and infrastructure, ensuring environments are consistent and reproducible.
• Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations throughout the lifecycle
• Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce resource consumption.
• Incident Management and Troubleshooting: Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Automation: Identify opportunities for automation across processes to reduce manual effort and increase reliability.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and system architecture to support knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Operational Excellence: Contribute to operational processes against agreed standards and timelines, supporting continuous improvement through innovation and excellence in claims management. Use AI tools to optimize the development process.
• Backlog Management: Manage the backlog by planning work based on the available capacity and priorities .
