Role Overview

• Complete user account management including Creation, Password Resets, Amendments and Deletion on the computer systems operated

• Advise customers on correct authorization procedures.
• Process access authorization requests and reset passwords.
• Assist users with access problems and investigate solutions.
• Motivate systems users to comply with information security policies and procedures.
• Provide clear and accurate advice to systems users on correct computer security and access authorization procedures.
• Good knowledge of security aspects of all applications

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline with good technical skills
• Microsoft MCTS (Desirable), Knowledge in Windows 7 & Active Directory (Desirable)
• ITIL v3 Foundation certified (Desirable)
• No pending papers

Technical

• Comfortable and experienced in using spreadsheets (e.g. Excel), MS Power point & MS Outlook.
• Knowledge of user administration
• Knowledge in Windows 7 (Desirable)
