 AI Adoption Specialist

Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Adoption Specialist who is passionate about emerging AI technologies and enabling employees to effectively leverage AI in their daily work. This role focuses on driving AI awareness, learning, and adoption through trainings, workshops, hands-on sessions, and practical enablement programs that help employees build low-code/no-code AI solutions, agents, and productivity workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay updated on Generative AI, AI Agents, Copilots, Prompt Engineering, and workplace AI trends.
• Drive awareness and adoption of company-approved AI tools and platforms.
• Design and deliver AI trainings, bootcamps, workshops, and hands-on learning sessions.
• Create presentations, playbooks, learning guides, demos, and reusable enablement assets.
• Enable employees to build AI assistants, agents, automations, and productivity solutions using approved low-code/no-code platforms.
• Build AI communities of practice and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
• Collaborate with business, L&D, IT, and transformation teams.
• Promote responsible AI usage and governance awareness.
• Work alongside Project teams while maintaining focus on workforce enablement.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 4-8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Digital Adoption, Change Management, Technology Enablement, Business Consulting, or related areas.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs and workshops.
• Demonstrated passion for AI and emerging technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Understanding of Generative AI, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Automation Concepts, and Responsible AI.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or similar AI platforms.
• Python programming and technical experience are a strong advantage but not mandatory.
