Professional experience
- Good knowledge in Insurance Accounting
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree preferably in Finance
- At least 4-6 years of professional experience
- Solid experience in data reconciliation, data analysis and data quality checks
- Solid Stakeholder Management and Customer Facing skills
- Good understanding of Insurance accounting processes and related systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams
- Very high analytical skills
- Good IT awareness and process life cycle knowledge
- Independent and self-organized. High level of perseverance
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, MS Access , Word, PowerPoint
- Fluent English
Desirable skills
- VBA experience is an advantage
- Experience with SAC (SAP Analytical Cloud), SAP FI and SAP BW for fetching required reports
- Flare towards process improvements, data quality monitoring and data analysis
- Familiar with Agile methodologies
