The Associate Director – Productivity Solutions & Innovation will lead the end‑to‑end transformation of enterprise productivity by building, scaling, and governing a portfolio of GenAI‑led automations, Agentic AI orchestrations, RPA solutions, and process optimization initiatives

 

Must‑Have (Critical)

  • 15+ years of overall experience with strong hands‑on delivery background in:
    • RPA / Intelligent Automation (design, build, scale).
    • Latest Agentic and AI‑driven automation solutions.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale automation and AI programs.
  • Strong architectural understanding of automation platforms, AI pipelines, and orchestration layers.
  • Ability to move seamlessly between hands‑on problem solving and strategic leadership.

Strong Foundation / Good to Have

  • Practical exposure to Process Mining and Task Mining tools and methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement frameworks.
  • Experience in outcome‑based delivery modeling (productivity, cost, quality).
  • Exposure to regulated or complex enterprise environments (e.g., BFSI, insurance, large shared services).

Leadership & Behavioral Expectations

  • Outcome‑oriented, with the ability to translate technology into business value.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder‑influencing skills.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving innovation with discipline.
  • Role‑model for engineering excellence, quality mindset, and responsible AI adoption.
