Role Purpose

Provide Level 2 operational and technical support for SuccessFactors-related HR services, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of cases, effective stakeholder communication, and adherence to defined service-level and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle SuccessFactors Level 2 queries and service requests, including standard and moderately complex cases, within agreed timelines.
  • Investigate issues, validate data, identify root causes, and provide clear resolution updates or escalate complex matters to the appropriate SME or technical team.
  • Process and track cases through ServiceNow or the applicable case-management tool, ensuring complete, accurate, and jargon-free case notes.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, analysis, and reporting using MS Excel.
  • Collaborate with team members, SMEs, HR stakeholders, and customers to drive cases to closure and minimize repeat issues.
  • Follow process documentation, controls, data-privacy requirements, quality checks, and established governance standards.
  • Support continuous improvement, standardization, knowledge sharing, and training of new or existing team members.
  • Monitor open items proactively and communicate risks, delays, dependencies, and required actions in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • MBA in Human Resources.
  • 0–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, HR systems support, SuccessFactors operations, or a comparable role.
  • Strong technical orientation, analytical ability, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts based on business requirements.

Technical and Functional Skills

  • Strong MS Excel skills, including data validation, lookups, PivotTables, logical formulas, data cleaning, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Sound knowledge or hands-on exposure to SAP SuccessFactors. SuccessFactors certification or formal module training is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of one or more SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central or Learning Management System, is an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow or a similar workflow/case-management platform is desirable.
  • Understanding of HR processes, employee data, service delivery, and data-quality controls.
  • Ability to interpret errors, analyze transactional data, and document findings and resolutions clearly.

An early-career HR professional with strong Excel capability and a genuine interest in HR technology. The ideal candidate can combine functional HR understanding with structured problem solving, confidently manage operational cases, and build deeper expertise in SuccessFactors modules.
