Overall Objectives of Job
- Should be a Commerce graduate (preferably) who understands the accounting standards.
- Proficient in MS office applications at intermediate level.
- Should possess excellent communication in English language (Read/Write/Speak).
- Should be ready to work in shifts (Day / Night) as required by the process ad OE.
- Good understanding of procurement processes such focussing on P2P (Operational Procurement) high level, would be an added advantage.
- Certification in SAP MM / Ariba ERP knowledge would be an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive the PR / PO creation activities (including 1st level support to Requestors and Functional Controlling Team)
- PR / PO processing in SAP & Ariba , Snow.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Track & monitor PR / PO approvals
- Handling General Queries
- Adherence to process controls and suggest for improvements
Qualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate Fresher or 0 to 1 years of experience in Procurement and supply chain management would be an added advantage.
- Hands of experience in SAP & Ariba would be an added advantage.
- Good Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Power point, Excel).
- Excellent communication in English language (Read / Write / Speak).
