Requirements

• Experience in programming and application design in relevant technology in a large complex IT landscape.

• Experience in the development and support of large-scale corporate applications, compliance with structured (waterfall or agile) development processes.

•  In-depth knowledge of the IBM BAW platform, at least 5-8 years of experience in IBM BPM/BAW 8.0/8.5/8.6 Versions

• Strong understanding and experience in BPD/BAW Concepts - Decision Gateways, System/Manual lanes, BPMN Notations, UCA’s, Timers, Connectors, IBM BAW REST Calls, Process/Service Design, Human services, UI Design concepts, Coach Views and other UI components.

• Experience with integrating IBM BAW with other systems, applications, and data sources to create seamless end-to-end business processes. (i.e., REST/SOAP service calls. Etc.) 

• Experience in JS Technologies such as Angular, React JS and experience in database concepts, SQL development.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.

• Highly developed 'first principles' problem-solving skills, combined with a curious and creative mind-set.

• Expert level code analytical skills with a pro-active mindset to deep dive into application module implementations

• Expert level understanding of the system backend (Instance/Task relationship and DB relationships, Event Manager, Queue Set-up, Toolkit and Snapshot Management)

• Expert level understanding of complex variables, BAW system maintenance using IBM provided tools, system API’s

Special Considerations:

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the insurance lifecycle policy & claims is a plus.
• Good to have AI Proficiency
