The Business Analyst shall support Automation development projects by analysing business requirements, support designing technical solutions, tracking project progress, support quality assurance, optimizing processes, and reporting on key performance indicators. This role is vital in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and will involve close collaboration with the team members This role requires strong analytical capability, hands‑on experience in business process evaluation, and the ability to work closely SME and Development team.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for automation projects.
  • Work closely with the development team to design and implement automation solutions.
  • Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.

Facilitate workshops and scrum meetings to ensure clear communication and understanding of project objectives, across beneficiaries and project team.

  • Support the Agile/Scrum process by participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  •  Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure quality and functionality of automation solutions.
  •  Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of automation solutions.
  •  Coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
  •  Act as an escalation point/back up when required Identify & Escalate blockers early and collaborate with leads to drive timely issue resolution.
  • Communicate effectively across business units, technical teams, and leadership layers.
  • Conduct training sessions, walkthroughs, and enablement workshops during rollouts.
  • Prepare training materials, user manuals, process documentation, and FAQs
  • Support hyper care, post‑production reviews, and benefit tracking for automation projects.
  • Recommend process improvements, reusable components, and best practices.

 

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in any Streams
  • 3 to 6 years of experience as Business Analyst or any Automation project support roles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic understanding in database like MySQL
  • Understanding of Dashboard tools like Kibana, Insight, Power BI – Desired
  • Business Analysis (e.g.CBAP, CCBA) or Agile (e.g.CSM) or Project Management
  • Experience with process improvement and change management
