Position Summary
The role is responsible for driving strategic alignment, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization. Working closely with the CEO, this position shapes and executes long-term strategic plans, oversees day-to-day operations, and ensures the organization delivers against its goals. The role leads high-performing teams, strengthens stakeholder relationships, and manages key projects that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and business outcomes. It also supports financial planning, monitors performance through data-driven KPIs, and proactively identifies and mitigates risks to maintain compliance and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, while identifying areas for improvement.
Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Project Management: Oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Financial Management: Assist in budgeting and financial planning, monitoring financial performance, and implementing cost-effective measures.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
Communication and Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for the CEO, providing insights and recommendations objectives.
