Senior Analyst-Testing

• Act as a point of contact for testing expertise, specializing in User Acceptance, UI,UX  & End to End testing of systems and product development.
• Use knowledge gained from experience of working within the Allianz test team and professional testing qualifications (where applicable) to actively manage user acceptance testing as required during the request lifecycle
• Application of various testing methodologies / styles as required for User Acceptance & End to End Testing within the rapidly changing environment
• Strive to constantly ensure the quality of testing methods and processes carried out within Allianz are performed to the highest level possible
• Help drive quality business analysis efforts to include a structured view on business requirement production and traceability through to user acceptance testing
• Ensure the delivery of a high quality product in line with signed-off business requirements, and documented business process.
• Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1/2.2 standards.
• Proficiency with accessibility testing tools such as WAVE, aXe, Microsoft Insights, and Color Contrast Analyzer.
• Expertise in using screen readers including NVDA, and VoiceOver.
• Proven ability to provide constructive feedback to developers and Scrum Team on adherence to requirements and WCAG and design standards.
• An eye for detail to support UX/UI designers and developers create polished, error-free user interfaces, boosting user experience across our customer facing online estate.
• Familiarity with mobile app accessibility techniques.
• Knowledge of assistive technologies used by people with disabilities, and how they interact with digital products.
• Identify, document, and manage defects using JIRA

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BE / BTech) or software-related technology (BCA/MCA/MS)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UAT UI UX Testing.
• Agile knowledge/ certifications & experience of working as part of a scrum team is desired.
• Excellent Insurance Domain Knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong Logical & Analytical skills
• Insurance domain certifications (BOI & COGI, ACOGI(E)) is an added advantage.
• ISTQB Tester, Agile Tester Certifications preferred.
• Testing & Project Management tools – JIRA, Confluence
• Test Automation knowledge/experience is an added advantage.
