To have skilful/experience resource who can manage HR/L&D/Employee engagement related Procurement activities of the organisation as category management. Ensure compliance with Organisation policies and processes. Ensure documentation as per process. Preparation of Monthly reports and MI reports as required. Vendor Management & cost savings.
Strategic Activities:
- Manage and handle HR, L&D, Recruitment & Employee Engagement activities related procurements from category management perspective
- Planning strategies for HR/Recruitment/L&D/Events spend aligning to Global Procurement
- Early involvement with stakeholder for their requirements
- Signing contracts to avoid reactive purchases
- Category Management for all responsible categories
- Category spend Analysis and benchmarking HR procurement practises with best market practises
- Cost savings initiatives
- Identifying areas of improvement and enhancing HR procurement services
- Stakeholder Management
Operational:
- Collaboration with HR/L&D/Recruitment department and other Cross functions
- Stakeholder education on Procurement Process
- Analysing and executing High value HR Projects/requirements
- Vendor Management for your categories
- Implementing good practices
- Procurement Governance and control
- Support for Internal/External Audits
- Team performance evaluations
- Team growth and learning
- PR/PO/Contract management
- MIS reporting
Education Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline
Experience Eligibility:
- Candidates with a total relevant experience of 1 - 3 years (preferably IT/ITES industry) in HR related procurement
- Must be well organized, detail-oriented and comfortable operating in a fast-changing, demanding environment.
- Willingness to be hands on is essential
- Must have experience in HR, L&D, Recruitment and Event/Emp Engagement related Procurement domain
- Strong knowledge of local taxation
- Good analytical skills essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal, facilitation and negotiating skills
