Roles & Responsibilities:
-

Lead and execute end-to-end R2R activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, ledger maintenance, and reporting.

Oversee and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Perform and review bank, GL, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.

Consolidate and analyze financial data across business units and systems for reporting and compliance.

Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and management reports.

Maintain strong compliance with IFRS, internal financial policies, and audit requirements.

Work within a structured ERP environment (SAP preferred) to ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data.

Collaborate with internal and external auditors for audit readiness and support.

Manage workload effectively during peak financial cycles and reporting deadlines.

Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance or Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance)

Professional certification preferred: Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CA Inter, CMA Inter

4 to 8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, with strong expertise in R2R, GL accounting, and reconciliations

Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is essential

Strong understanding of IFRS and internal financial controls

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
