Specialist-Operational Procurement

Location: Trivandrum

Objective

• Good understanding of procurement processes such as PR Creation, PO creation, GR, SES focussing on P2P (Operational Procurement).
• Hands-on procurement and supply chain Management experience.
• Hands on experience in Purchase Request Processing, Purchase Order Processing, GR Booking.
• Support various sourcing activities such as, Vendor screening, Vendor compliance.
• Working with B2B procurement platforms, preferably SAP MM, Ariba, Snow.
• Efficient to handle Requestor queries.
• Proficient in MS office applications at intermediate level
•  SAP & Ariba knowledge is an added advantage.
  
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive the PR / PO creation activities (including 1st level support to Requestors and Functional Controlling Team)
• PR / PO processing in SAP & Ariba , Snow.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Track & monitor PR / PO approvals
• Handling General Queries
• Should gain end to end process/domain knowledge.
• Suggest and implement best practices in the team.
• Deliver/support/act as an SME having end to end subject knowledge, create an adaptive mindset,forseeing the changes in advance and initiate control measures.
• Handling Vendor Queries/Disputes

Qualification & Skills

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate with 4 to 6 years of experience in Procurement and supply chain Management.
•  Hands of experience in SAP & Ariba
•  Good Knowledge in MS Office at least at an Intermediate level (Word, Power point, Excel)
