Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide shift support in 24*7 rotational shifts
- Linux Server Administration across various stages – Prod/Pre-prod/Test
- Middleware Administration - Jboss and Tomcat
- VMware Administration
- Handle Devops tools like Ansible, Docker , kubernetes, Helm and Jenkins
- Managing pipeline for various application deployment via Jenkins
- User Administration on Openshift & Github repository
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting using various monitoring tools
- Package build and deployments on Prod, Pre-prod, Test environments
- Application deployment and Configuration management using Ansible
- Setup and Configure new Business Units
- Support to Linux OS upgrades and patching
- Support upgrades for core business applications and middleware components
- Certificate renewals – SSL & Self signed
- Report management as per customer and internal requirements
- Align with interfacing teams
- Incident, Change, Problem and Request management
- Continuous improvement and quality assurance of provided services
- Work in a multi-national team

PART 4
Qualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Linux Administration
- Experience in Middleware Server Administration – Jboss or Tomcat
- Experience working with Ansible –Application deployment and Configuration management
- Experience on Devops tools like Docker , Kubernetes ,Jenkins,Helm, Containers,Openshift
- Experience handling tickets via SNOW and Jira
- Knowledge on AWS and Azure cloud
- Experience with Citrix Administration – Added advantage
- Experience with VMware Administration – Added advantage
- Experience with Linux XEN virtualization – Added advantage
- Knowledge of Linux Scripting ,Bash or Python
- Must be a good team player
- Willing to work in 24*7 rotational shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude and willing to take responsibility
- Microsoft tools : Outlook, Word, Excel (Desirable)
- Demonstrably high focus on customer service
- Eager to learn and update one’s knowledge
- Good to have excellent interpersonal /customer liaison skills
