What you do:
- Perform cash transactions and settlements in local and foreign currencies as requested by the Bank’s clients.
- Provide clients with information and guidance regarding banking transactions and services.
- Process a variety of customer transactions, including cash deposits and withdrawals, opening term deposits, cash transfers, foreign currency exchange and arbitrage transactions, and banknote exchanges.
- Handle the dispatch, processing, and receipt of valuable shipments.
- Ensure accurate and efficient customer service in accordance with the Bank’s procedures and standards.
What you bring:
- Minimum secondary education.
- Good computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience handling cash transactions is considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
