This role sits at the heart of how Allianz Partners supports customers when they need us most – at claim time. As a Claims Processing Associate, you’ll be part of the team that reviews and processes medical/insurance claims accurately and on time, so customers get fair, timely outcomes and stay confident in our service.

It’s a good fit if you’re comfortable working with detailed information, can stay calm and organised under pressure, and enjoy helping customers get clear answers. You don’t need to be a doctor or an actuary, but you do need to be thorough, reliable, and willing to keep learning.

What you do

• Review, assess and process claims in line with our procedures and service standards, ensuring decisions are accurate, fair and clearly documented.
• Respond to customer and client inquiries in a professional, timely manner, and work with other internal teams when needed to resolve issues.
• Support the team in meeting productivity, quality and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets, while maintaining high accuracy in your work.
• Take part in medical and claims-related training to build your understanding of medical terminology, procedures and insurance practices.
• Adapt to different types of claims and work tasks, helping the team manage changing priorities and volumes.
• Support the Team Leader with team initiatives and engagement activities, and take on ad hoc tasks as required.
• Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insight responsibly and in line with our standards for data governance, security and ethical use

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a medical, paramedical, finance, business administration, insurance or related field, or equivalent work experience that shows you can handle detailed, process-driven work.
• Around 1–2 years’ experience in a customer-focused environment – ideally in clinical/paramedical, TPA or insurance – where you have handled sensitive information and followed structured procedures.
• Solid MS Office skills (especially Outlook, Word and Excel) and confidence working with multiple systems and digital tools to manage claims and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and written communication skills, with the ability to explain decisions clearly and professionally.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, manage your own workload, and meet tight deadlines and service standards while remaining customer-focused.
• A collaborative, reliable team player with sound work ethic, who is physically able to carry out the duties of the role and is legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, in line with business requirements.
