Facility Officer

Are you passionate about creating safe, efficient, and welcoming workplaces? We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Facility Officer to oversee the day-to-day management of our office facilities and ensure an outstanding employee and visitor experience.
In this onsite role, you will coordinate facility services, manage vendor relationships, support workplace safety and security, and help maintain a professional, functional, and sustainable working environment. You will play a key role in ensuring our facilities operate smoothly while supporting business continuity and employee satisfaction.
What You Do
- Coordinate and oversee facility management services and external service providers.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure services are delivered on time and according to contractual agreements.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure operational excellence.
- Maintain office spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas in a safe, clean, and professional condition.
- Oversee access control, badge management, workplace security, and safety-related activities.
- Support emergency preparedness, building evacuations, and health, safety, and environmental initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day facility operations, including cleaning, reception, workspace allocation, and internal office moves.
- Monitor utility consumption and support cost optimization initiatives.
- Control stationery and pantry supplies, ensuring availability and efficient usage.
- Coordinate meeting room preparation, visitor hospitality services, and event setup requirements.
- Support sustainability efforts, including waste reduction and recycling programs.
- Assist with facility-related procurement activities and local workplace projects.
- Act as the local point of contact during facility incidents and coordinate timely responses.
- AI READINESS Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
What You Bring
- Technical, administrative, or bachelor's degree qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in facility management or workplace operations.
- Experience managing external vendors and coordinating multiple services.
- Strong organizational skills with a structured and proactive approach to work.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A strong customer service mindset and commitment to quality.
- Problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, solution-oriented attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professional level of English.
- High level of reliability, discretion, and accountability.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.
