About the Job

The 18-month trainee program at Allianz Technology, the global IT service provider for the Allianz Group, offers you comprehensive insights into key corporate functions, with a special focus on the Finance department. Throughout the program, you will rotate through various departments and project teams, experience both agile and traditional ways of working, and gain a broad understanding of the central corporate and IT functions at Allianz Technology.

In this role, you will work closely with the key Finance functions that drive and shape Allianz Technology. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work in the Board Member Office of the Chief Financial Officer, where you will see how the strategic agenda for the entire function is shaped.

From day one, you will be guided by a dedicated mentor who will help you shape your individual learning journey, aligning your rotations with your personal and professional interests and goals. What you do

• Support various leaders in the Finance department and the CFO Office in driving strategic initiatives.
• Assist in the development of financial strategies and solutions tailored to business needs to enhance service quality.
• Take on project management responsibilities with a focus on corporate finance functions within the organization.
• Facilitate the development, execution, and follow-up of projects/products/services with the senior leadership team.
• Analyze and identify trends to improve collaboration, communication, and knowledge exchange across the function.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in the IT/Insurtech industry and the Allianz Group.

What you bring

• A highly self-motivated attitude, creative thinking, and a "can-do" mentality.
• Outstanding social and networking skills, diligent work ethic, and strong intercultural competence.
• Comprehensive organizational skills for holistic projects and precise attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (any additional language is advantageous).
• Advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaborative tools such as Miro, as well as basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical application.
• Background in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, Financial Metrics, or Business Administration.
• Previous experience in Finance/Controlling/Project Management/Consulting in an international environment is beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
