Role Overview:
The BAT Global customer success lead drives client engagement, solution design, and strategic growth of the Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and GoLive360 portfolio across Allianz Operating Entities. This role ensures BAT evolves into a modern managed service model, enabling business-led testing, business readiness, automation, and experience assurance across the software delivery lifecycle.
What you do:
- Lead OE account management for BAT, shaping demand, engagement, and long-term client partnerships.
- Articulate the UAT/BAT independent value differentiating it from SIT process and unique value proposition that UAT/BAT will bring to the Quality framework of the customer.
- Develop end-to-end service solutions for OEs for BAT and GoLive360, including test strategy, business readiness, UX validation, automation, and operational readiness.
- Build high-quality business cases, pricing models, and investment proposals that demonstrate value, cost efficiency, and strategic benefit to OEs.
- Shape and evolve BAT’s managed service offerings, aligning them with Allianz Group transformation priorities (e.g., BMP, DevOps, SRE).
- Act as a key interface with senior OE stakeholders, Group forums, and cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Transformation, GoLive360, Automation CoEs).
- Support contracting, commercial alignment, and governance processes, ensuring service clarity, operational feasibility, and financial transparency.
- Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and innovation avenues (e.g., agentic AI, UX testing, automation accelerators).
- Represent BAT in strategic governance, ensuring alignment on strategy, portfolio priorities, and delivery outcomes.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (Computer Science & Engg/Business Management/Insurance)
- Demonstrated experience in client engagement, service management, or solution design within insurance, technology, or consulting.
- Strong financial acumen, including ability to develop business cases, cost models, and commercial proposals.
- Experience in testing, UAT, digital transformation, or large-scale program delivery is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with senior audiences.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages welcome.
