Role overview
The BAT services excellence lead is responsible for developing, standardizing, and governing the methodologies, processes, and operating model behind BAT GoLive360. The role shapes the end-to-end framework for business testing, readiness, UX assurance, and agentic automation—ensuring globally consistent, effective, and scalable service delivery across all BAT locations.
What you do:
- You will define, maintain, and continuously improve BAT methodologies, frameworks, guidelines, templates, and best practices (e.g., UAT playbooks, readiness frameworks, UX processes).
- You will govern and operationalize GoLive360—ensuring clarity across testing, readiness, resilience, and experience pillars.
- You will establish and run service governance, including KPIs, quality gates, performance tracking, and compliance processes.
- You will drive standardization across Allianz OEs while allowing for account-specific tailoring where needed.
- You will build and manage the service catalogue and ensure alignment with Group transformation programs (e.g., BMP, simplification, DevOps, digital workflows).
- You will collaborate with delivery teams to ensure methodology adoption, training, and operational discipline.
- You will partner with automation and AI teams to embed modern practices (shift-left, shift-right, defect hygiene, agentic workflows).
- You will lead internal audits, quality reviews, and readiness assessments to ensure consistent service performance.
- You will support onboarding, enablement, and capability-building for BAT teams across geographies.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related fields.
- Strong experience in testing methodologies, business readiness, quality governance, or service design.
- Demonstrated expertise in process development, standardization, and operational governance.
- Knowledge of Agile/DevOps, ITIL, and large program execution.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages beneficial.
- Structure and rigor; process oriented; collaboration; communication; attention to detail; facilitation; problem solving; adaptability.
- Testing methodologies, UAT frameworks, automation fundamentals, quality governance, KPI definition, operational playbooks.
- Familiarity with core insurance processes (policy administration, claims, finance) is an asset.
