About Creative Factory
Creative Factory is Allianz's in-house media production agency. We create video, photo, and digital content for Allianz brands and business units — from concept and production to post-production and delivery. Our team combines creative storytelling with production expertise to deliver high-quality content that meets the needs of a global, regulated industry.
Project Manager (Consultant Level)
We are looking for an experienced and organized Project Manager to join our Creative Factory team, coordinating video, photo, and digital content productions from briefing to final delivery while managing internal teams and external stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities/What you will get to do:
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end production projects, from initial briefing through final delivery.
• Plan project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Lead and support production teams, coordinating across producers, editors, and designers.
• Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients, managing expectations and communication throughout the project.
• Identify and resolve project risks, bottlenecks, and resourcing conflicts proactively.
• Ensure quality standards and brand/CI guidelines are met across all deliverables.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Support process improvement and best-practice development within the team.
Key requirements / What we hope you bring:
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, ideally within an agency, production company, or similar creative/media environment.
• Experience managing projects at the intersection of strategy, creative development, production, and digital distribution.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in stakeholder and client management, including briefing, managing expectations, and project communication.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and stay calm under pressure.
• Experience managing budgets and timelines for creative or media projects.
• German language skills at B2 level (independent user) – able to communicate spontaneously and fluently with native speakers in everyday and professional contexts.
Nice to Have:
• Experience working with corporate brands or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with video/photo production workflows and terminology.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Jira).
• Interest in or experience with AI-supported production workflows.
