About the Job
Allianz is offering a 6-month internship/Working student role for motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience at the Allianz Cyber Defense Center (ACDC) the global team that works proactively to protect Allianz against internal and external cyber threats.
As a Customer Frontend & Reporting Intern/Working student, you will work at the intersection of cybersecurity management, data analytics, and emerging technologies. You will contribute directly to dashboard development, operational improvements, and communication strategies, gaining real exposure to how a global cyber defines organization operates and presents its work to stakeholders.

What you do
- Actively support the Customer Frontend & Reporting Product Owner in day-to-day operations
- Independently manage reporting requests in alignment with the reporting team
- Collaborate with developers to define data requirements for dashboards
- Support ad-hoc analysis to drive operational improvements
- Assist with communication activities, such as preparing newsletters in collaboration with the Threat Intelligence team
- Handle incoming and outgoing email communications
- Provide ad-hoc support for Customer Frontend-related topics
- Help maintain and update documentation related to Customer Frontend & Reporting
What you bring
- Ongoing university studies in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex topics
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite
- Independent and customer-oriented working style with quick comprehension
- High resilience and a proactive, self-motivated, team-oriented approach, with willingness to adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- Basic understanding of business process management and automation tools (e.g., Grafana, Power Automate), plus basic knowledge of AI technologies and openness to innovative solutions such as the internal ChatGPT
- Analytical mindset with a keen interest in problem-solving and security-related challenges
You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - in a working student position - part time (16-20 h/week)
