Position Summary
The Operations E2E Project Manager in Home Operations plays a pivotal role in aligning global strategies with local operational needs, ensuring effective delivery of Allianz Partners Home services. This position acts as a key liaison between Operations and global supporting functions such as Reporting, Workforce Management, Quality & Training, Fraud, Compliance, and Transformation.
Responsibilities include:
- Steering global strategies to Operations in a harmonized manner.
- Tracking results centrally and fostering innovation and globalization.
- Collaborating with regional and location operations teams to enhance service delivery.
- Designing and managing initiatives focused on continuous process improvement, digitalization, and offshoring
- Leading projects that drive automation and digitalization to optimize customer journeys and reduce costs.
This role requires a deep understanding of local operations challenges and global technological solutions, with a focus on reshaping service delivery through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Innovation
- Collaborate with various teams to drive transformation for Operations within the Home LoB using AI, RPA and other technologies
- Guide local implementation of strategies, including project management and training
Performance Monitoring
- Enhance performance dashboards and data quality
- Review KPIs and participate in performance reviews
Processes, Fraud & Compliance
- Identify process optimization and define business requirements
- Use data analytics for improvement areas
- Regulatory compliance: ensure that all customer journey and process implementations comply with Allianz Group’s standards, industry regulations and relevant legal requirements
Quality & Training
- Bridge global strategy for Quality & Training in Home Operations
- Adapt and maintain documentation, train teams and align practices
- Monitor VoC and define improvement strategies
Project Leadership
- Build a community of experts and ensure collaboration
- Support KPI achievements and project management
- Collaborate with leaders across various departments
Qualifications and Education requirements
- University Degree, preferably in Management, Economics or Business coupled with 3+ years in project management, consultancy or operations
- Proven success in driving projects and digital initiatives
- Detail-oriented approach: strong documentation skill, proactive, self-driven and results-oriented mindset
- Analytical skills: affinity for numbers and impact quantification
- Proficient in English; German and Spanish is a plus
- Advance MS-Office 365 skills
- Communication skills: excellent communication and negotiation abilities, ability to navigate organisational levels and political situations
