We are looking for a Culture & Engagement Intern to join our Talent Experience team in the People Function. To support in these efforts, we are hiring a Culture & Engagement Intern to assist global projects related to culture and engagement, Organizational Health and Safety, wellbeing and inclusion.
What you do
- Support Applause: Assist with our global recognition platform, fostering a culture of appreciation and employee recognition within the company.
- Monitor and Report: Track program activity and create reports to analyze usage and results.
- Collaborate with Communications: Work with Global Communications to develop campaigns and communications for the recognition program across various channels.
- Assist Project Management: Assist the Project Manager in facilitating enablement to ensure effective utilization of the platform.
- Engage with Local Teams: Conduct info sessions with different countries to identify local challenges and opportunities.
- Ongoing Support: Provide communications and support to colleagues across functions and locations.
- Link Recognition Initiatives: Help connect recognition efforts to internal and external initiatives/events (e.g., World Gratitude Day, Season of Giving).
What you bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master program; all fields of study are welcome.
- High proficiency in English is required.
- Experience in project management and data analysis is a plus.
- Strong interest in employee engagement, employee experience, inclusion, wellbeing and data analysis.
- Passionate about people and culture topics, with a desire to create an inclusive workplace.
- Ability to extract insights from quantitative and qualitative data and present them creatively and engagingly.
- Proficient in basic to advanced data analysis and Excel reporting.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Comfortable collaborating with diverse groups and engaging with individuals at all organizational levels.
You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 6 months in full-time (38h/week)
