Key responsibilities / You will get to:

  • Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for the client relationship, the quality of the deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached, while acting on behalf of or as recommended by the Partner or Senior Engagement Manager 
  • Lead the project team towards the successful achievement of all set targets while coaching and mentoring them and supporting their development; keep a healthy employee rotation
  • Manage communications and project timelines, anticipating obstacles and solutions
  • Build long-term client relationships and help uncover future business opportunities and ways of solving their needs
  • Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of a Partner or a Senior Engagement Manager
  • Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development
  • Contribute to the achievement of all targets and results by achieving collectively agreed team revenue, cost and profit KPIs
  • Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events
  • Support clients in the customer strategy and experience domain with a focus on global strategic initiatives (from strategy to operational implementation)
  • Drive digital initiatives related to consulting (e.g. omni-channel personalization, changing customer needs / behaviors, drive business growth within new customer segments)
  • Establish a center of competence within the Allianz group focused on digital and innovative topics in the context of customer strategy

 

Key requirements / What we hope you bring:

 

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operational business or management consulting
  • Your experience in project and program management, change management, business transformation or initiative development and rollout
  • Your mastery of working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels
  • An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks
  • Your enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team and your drive to train and help others grow
  • Your excellent command of English and German language
  • Your knowledge of insurance and financial services and consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Proven experience in developing customer strategies across different target group and sales channels as well as Marketing Strategy
  • Experienced with data-driven decision making, incl. strong analytical and problem-solving skills (e.g., segmentation models, customer lifetime value analysis, journey analytics, NPS management)
  • Leading key strategic digital initiatives / developing digital platforms (e.g. customer app)
  • Deep expertise in MarTech tool stack as well as key trends around AI in customer interaction and personalization.
