Key responsibilities / You will get to:

• Drive revenue and share of wallet on assigned accounts of AZ Consulting under the guidance of a (Managing) Partner or Senior Engagement Manager, by understanding, anticipating and addressing client business needs and creating and developing relevant offerings
• Effectively organize and deliver high quality pitches to win and capitalize on new business for AZ Consulting
• Support the (Managing) Partner in ensuring governance and reporting consistency in the entire Practice Area or Pillar
• Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for the client relationship, the quality of the deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached, while acting on behalf of or as recommended by the (Managing) Partner or Senior Engagement Manager
• Manage communications and project timelines, anticipating obstacles and solutions
• Build long-term client relationships and help uncover future business opportunities and ways of solving their needs
• Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development
• Contribute to the Practice Area/Pillar’s achievement of all targets and results agreed in terms of revenue, cost and profit KPIs
• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

Key requirements / What we hope you bring: 

• University degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in operational business or management consulting

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation

• Previous experience in Life insurance and/or Asset Management topics for (consulting) focusing on mature markets (Germany, France, Italy, US, Spain)
• Your experience in digital customer experience design for Life and/or Asset Management as a line of business (incl. customer journey design, asset creation etc.)
• Your experience in project and program management, change management, quality management, integration and re-organization, business transformation,  initiative development and rollout
• Your advanced conceptual and implementation experience, advanced strategic and operational management experience
• Your mastery of working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels
• An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking
• Your enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team and your drive to train and help others grow

• Your excellent command of English; German proficiency is a plus
