Role overview

Allianz Services – Global Mobility Services provides travel and mobility procurement solutions for the Allianz Group, covering airlines, hotels, agencies, corporate cards, automotive, leasing, mobility platforms, and global fleet management. By integrating strategies and pooling volume, we drive efficiency, transparency, cost savings, and innovation across mobility services.

As Global Fleet & Mobility Service Manager with a focus on the Italian market, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality Fleet & Mobility Services to Allianz entities. You will oversee the end-to-end operational lifecycle of company vehicles in Italy, ensure compliance with local requirements, and act as the primary point of contact for fleet-related topics—while contributing to global standards, performance, and innovation (including AI-enabled improvements). You will report directly to the Global Head of Fleet Management & Chauffeur Services.

What you do:

• Drive global Fleet Management growth by finding opportunities and boosting service adoption.
• Lead cost and CO₂ reduction projects; develop savings strategies, environmental reports, and analytics.
• Implement AI tools to automate workflows, improve data quality, enable predictive maintenance, and enhance reporting.
• Spot AI optimization opportunities, such as automated exception handling and smart vendor analysis.
• Negotiate and manage mobility and fleet provider relationships.
• Run electronic tenders via procurement platforms.
• Oversee Fleet Management Provider performance, ensuring SLA compliance and service improvements.
• Manage accounts and engage stakeholders across Allianz entities.
• Global performance & KPIs: Drive cost analytics, compliance monitoring, reporting, and sustainability insights (incl. Emission reporting)
• Service management: Provide second-level support for escalations and maintain a positive customer experience.

What you bring:

• Open-minded, strategic professional with several years of experience in fleet or mobility management (preferred).
• 5+ years experience in business development, sales and strategic thinking
• Fluent in Italian (min. B1 e.g., CILS certificate) and English; German skills of advantage
• AI affinity and practical experience integrating or applying AI‑driven tools to enhance workflows, data quality, or operational efficiency
• Independent, structured, and solution‑oriented working style with strong ownership
• Deep knowledge of the mobility industry and a well‑established professional network
• Exceptional customer orientation, strong communication skills
• Passion and enthusiasm for shaping the future of mobility and driving innovation
• Excellent team player with assertiveness, empathy, and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
• Experience with SAP Ariba is an advantage
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical skills, particularly in creating reports and conducting quantitative analyses (e.g., CO₂ reporting)
