What you do:

- You lead the Communication global service line end2end§  You lead daily operations of teams under the span of control while ensuring OE vision and AZS strategy is aligned
- You ensure growth and expand the current client footprint by developing solutions and transforming processes following Group Communications
- You ensure the delivery of excellent customer services and best-in-market Communication services offered to Allianz OEs (e.g. NPS)
- You create strong customer relationships, partnering with clients, executive leaders, partners, and global communication community across Allianz around the globe.
- You promote a high performance & talent management culture by encouraging cross-team collaboration
- You lead by example to achieve positive results, upskilling to embrace new technologies and upgrade teams' capabilities
- You are responsible for the engagement and development of employees across locations and nurture talent within the service line
- You ensure operational service excellence by introducing efficient processes, workflow tools and systems which enables the teams to deliver the enhanced service levels effectively
- You encourage teams towards productivity improvements using new age communications technologies like behavioral economics and AI
- You are financially end2end responsible for the service line and you ensure a cost-plus model and that regulatory margins are achieved
- You ensure that teams comply with OE and local regulations and maintain Allianz group standard
- Your success will be measured by KPIs (e.g. positive P&L impact, meaningful business cases, regular client feedbacks on delivery and Multi-Rater)

 

What you bring:

- Master's degree in Communications, Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English, with German or another second language being advantageous.
- Over 8 years of leadership experience in multicultural settings.
- Inclusive and strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills that foster engagement.
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
- Committed to achieving results
- Transformational leadership that encourages diverse perspectives.
- Experience navigating and collaborating within complex organizational structures.
- Enthusiastic about exploring Generative AI topics.
