You will be the senior communications partner to the Allianz Services CEO and Board of Management. You will oversee both internal and external aspects of communications strategy for this business, ensuring employee cohesion, external employer branding, advancement of business and Group strategic goals, and management of crisis (and opportunity)
You will engage with Allianz Services leadership and lead a team of communications strategists and partners to orchestrate dedicated resources across a range of capabilities in service to our goals and those of its clients.

What you do:
- Lead the global communications team to enhance engagement, transparency, and storytelling, while managing budget and governance.
- Develop and implement a communications strategy for Allianz Services, aligned with corporate goals and local standards.
- Build relationships with partners, focusing on people, leadership, future talent, and internal customers.
- Advance change management and communications strategies following global and regional business goals.
- Use data-driven approaches for continuous improvement and adopt new technologies to boost performance.
- Lead global campaigns, including partnerships with the Olympic and Paralympic Movement, ESG projects, and employer branding.
- Protect Allianz Services' reputation, manage risks, and lead crisis communications.
- Advise senior leadership on communications and change management, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Mentor a high-performing communications team, encouraging collaboration and new ideas.
What you bring:
- Minimum of 10-15 years in communications with a focus on internal or change communications, showcasing learning and increased responsibility. External communications experience is valuable. Understanding of content and channel strategy across platforms.
- Experience in matrix organizations, with valuable skills in external and digital communications.
- Master's degree or postgraduate qualification in journalism, communications, or business.
- Experience in copywriting, conducting research and analysis, and creating compelling narratives.
- Proficiency in communication software and analytics tools, with the ability to extract insights and creatively present data. Experienced in using Microsoft Office Suite and AI tools.
- Excellent skills in communication, presentation, event, and relationship management. Stay calm in crises, prioritizing tasks, with abilities to appreciate diverse perspectives.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to lead decision-making and improvement.
- Organizational leadership and people management skills.
- Global worldview with knowledge of geopolitical and macroeconomic forces.
- Open to traveling to Allianz Services delivery locations such as India, Mauritius, Romania, Morocco, Portugal
- English fluency required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Skillful in explaining strategy and converting ideas into business language, while navigating complex partner environments with confidence.
- Services or B2B experience insurance industry knowledge beneficial - -We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.
