Department Description & Job Purpose
Our team is a central driver for operational tasks in Allianz Consulting and for supporting multiple topics in different Operating Entities (e.g. Allianz SE, Allianz Commercial, etc.). We are looking for a motivated intern, eager to support our consultants on various topics in the area of Operational Efficiency and Innovation.

Key responsibilities / You will get to:

• Support the team in analyzing customer needs and developing creative concepts and concrete measures for implementation, contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
• Present the results of your work to Partners and clients
• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

Key requirements / What we hope you bring:

• Enrollment in university, or in a gap year; excellent academic results in your university degree
• Basic understanding of AI frameworks and the ability to utilize AI tools in everyday tasks. Interest in supporting clients in adopting AI for successful business transformation.
• Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Operational business and/or consultancy experience is desirable
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, conceptual and outside-the-box thinking
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Your excellent command of English that you will use while preparing and delivering presentations and reports
• Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
• Your enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team
•  You can start in May/June 2026 and are interested in an internship for 4 to  6 months in full-time (38h/week)
