Department Description & Job Purpose
Our team is a central driver for operational tasks in Allianz Consulting and for supporting multiple topics in different Operating Entities (e.g. Allianz SE, Allianz Commercial, etc.). We are looking for a motivated intern, eager to support our consultants on various topics in the area of Operational Efficiency and Innovation.

Key responsibilities / You will get to:

• Support specific project tasks under the guidance of senior colleagues (Engagement Manager, Principal Consultant, Senior Consultant etc.)
• Support the project lead and team in strategic client interactions and follow up on the resulting to-dos through to completion
• Help prepare client pitches & proposals
• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

Key requirements / What we hope you bring:

• Enrollment in university, or in a gap year; excellent academic results in your university degree
• Your excellent command of English that you will use while preparing and delivering presentations and reports
• Prior consultancy experience is a must
• Your interest in consulting methodologies, tools and techniques combined with curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services
• An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks
• Basic understanding of AI frameworks and the ability to utilize AI tools in everyday tasks. Interest in supporting clients in adopting AI for successful business transformation.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
• Your enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team
• You can start in November 2026 and are interested in an internship for 4 to  6 months in full-time (38h/week)
