Key responsibilities
- Support the Product Owner of the SAS Decommissioning service across the project lifecycle
- Assist with resource controlling for US Life – cost and capacity tracking, budget monitoring and management reporting
- Support legal and data privacy activities – documentation, stakeholder coordination and maintaining compliance records
- Contribute to Responsible AI initiatives – helping to apply governance guidelines and preparing related documentation
- Help register and maintain AI use cases in the relevant inventory, ensuring records are complete and accurate
- Prepare presentations, dashboards and analyses for management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams within the Data & AI Transformation Team
Key requirements
- Enrolled student in (Business) Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable field
- Initial experience with or strong interest in data, AI and digital transformation topics
- Confident in Jira, Confluence and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with data or BI tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL) is a plus
- Interest in AI governance, data privacy and regulatory/compliance topics
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with an eye for detail
- A proactive, structured and reliable way of working, and a collaborative team player
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week)
