Key responsibilities 


 
•    Participate in projects required by Allianz internal customers in the fields of legal, data protection, and AI governance, providing support to team members as needed.
•    Help monitor upcoming legislation related to privacy, data protection, and AI governance across different Allianz entities worldwide, and assist in assessing its potential impact for our clients by compiling reports and summaries.
•    Support the management of client relationships by assisting in the coordination of project-focused activities and ensuring effective communication with clients.
•    Coordinate the execution of internal activities by engaging with all relevant stakeholders within the Global Service Line to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

 

Key requirements


 
•    Enrollment in a German University (for working student positions) or (for an internship) in a gap year. Student status throughout the duration of the contract.  
•    While professional job experience is not required, any exposure or coursework related to data privacy, legal, information security, AI governance, or consulting is beneficial.
•    Familiarity with project and process management methods and techniques, process development, and continuous optimization is advantageous. Interest in pursuing certifications in project management is a plus.
•    Experience in client-facing environments, such as internships or academic projects, particularly involving interactions with senior-level executives, is beneficial.

•    You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to  6 months in full-time (38h/week)
