About the Job 

 

As an intern, you will play a support role in the daily work conducted by the Applications 2 Office within Allianz Technology. The applications 2 is responsible for Allianz global services in Sales, Marketing, Commercial and Life & Health area. Your tasks will include the support in the daily tasks of the Executive Management Member office by ensuring smooth internal communication and supporting the team in preparing relevant material for ongoing strategic and priority topics in the area.

 

What you do 

 

  • Support in the preparation of communication materials for relevant events such as townhalls, strategic topics concerning senior executives, and executive management meetings
  • Track the internal Office backlog and relevant organizational tasks
  • Support the Office in preparing content, presentations and summarizing meeting minutes of relevant strategic topics and alignment
  • Coordinate with peers to manage ad hoc requests and coordinate with relevant stakeholders

 

What you bring

 

  • Master student in Business, Management, Business IT or comparable field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English (German good to have but not mandatory)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills as well as eagerness to learn and take initiative
  • Strong presentation skills (structuring a meaningful and powerful storyline & following corporate design guidelines)
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactive attitude to continuous improvement
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in IT Management / organizational management or IT in general
  • Ideally previous experience working in a big organization or with an executive management team in the past
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use

 

You can start immediately and are interested in a full-time internship (38 h/week) for a period of ideally 4 to 6 months.
