About the Job

In the Office of Allianz's Chief Technology & Transformation Officer (CTO), we shape the global technology agenda and drive the Group's AI transformation. As an Intern (m/f/d), you will work directly at the intersection of strategy, technology, and top management: You will support the Executive Assistant (EA) in day-to-day operations and high-visibility strategic initiatives. Start immediately, with the option of a subsequent working student position.

 

What you do 

  • High Visibility & C-Level Exposure: Work on topics with direct relevance to top management and gain insights into board-level decisions; support the preparation of decision papers and board-ready narratives for senior leadership; gain exposure to coordination with C-level management of different operation areas, Product Leads, and technology partners in an international environment.
  • AI & Transformation: Contribute to steering the AI transformation, including substantive support for strategic technology partnerships (e.g., Anthropic) as well as developing agentic use cases and AI pilots.
  • Steep Learning Curve & Responsibility: Serve as a sparring partner for the Executive Assistant, take early ownership, lead end-to-end sub-projects, and assume responsibilities that grow with your capabilities.
  • Individually Tailored Task Portfolio: Aligned with your strengths and learning objectives.

 

What you bring 

  • Hands-on experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy; interest in gaining deep insight into the corporate side of business.
  • Advanced studies (Business Administration, Business Informatics, STEM, or similar) with above-average academic performance. 
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills (storylining/visualization for top management) and business-fluent English, fluency in German is beneficial.
  • Self-directed, structured, and accountable; quick to get up to speed on new topics; confident in interactions with top management.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
  • You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 6 months in full-time (38h/week).
