If so, you are a perfect fit for the Applications 1 Office team at Allianz Technology.

During your internship, you will be part of our team and work closely with the executive board office team at Allianz Technology. You will support both project and day-to-day business activities. Additionally, you will gain insights into the structure and processes of one of the world's largest insurance and financial services companies during your internship.

 

What you do

 

  • Support the preparation of strategic documents for decision-making, top management presentations, and briefings for the Executive Board Member, who leads a department with 1,500 employees.
  • Work autonomously on tasks with a high degree of responsibility and manage multiple tasks in direct contact with the executive office team.
  • Be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of major events (e.g., workshops, department meetings, town halls, hybrid and physical events).
  • Assist in creating communication materials for internal communication and work on engagement initiatives for the department's employees.
  • Take action on regular tasks in selected projects and support day-to-day business activities (including project reporting, construction of master plans, milestone tracking, and management reporting).
  • Support the analysis, quality assurance, and revision of documents, both text and calculation-based (e.g., business cases, facts and figures including company KPIs).

 

What you bring

 

  • Master’s degree in business administration, economics, computer science, communication, or other relevant areas.
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and in a team, with a high degree of responsibility and initiative. Enthusiastic about developing new ideas and ready to face new challenges.
  • Target-oriented, able to drive topics independently, and manage own projects and workload.
  • Outstanding communicator with an above-average sense of teamwork and commitment.
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
  • You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for at least 6 months in full-time (38h/week)
