Intern in Global Communications (m/f/d)

About the Job

Then join now the Allianz Technology Communications & Reputation team as an intern! Our department is responsible for all forms of communication, both external and internal and we perform a wide range of tasks including event management, social media, maintaining our intranet platform and writing all sorts of communications-related pieces.

What you do

• Prepare internal and external communications material (writing/editing/proof reading of texts), including maintenance of intranet pages.
• Type, compile and prepare presentations/newsletters/other communications materials in English and German.
• Planning and organizing both local and global events.
• General support with daily business (including some administrative tasks).
• Cooperate with different departments and international project teams.
• Align communications material with key stakeholder groups.

What you bring

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program (preferred) in Communications, Marketing, Business, Psychology, or related field. 
• Excellent writing and communication skills in German and English (native level).
• Previous familiarity with intranet technologies as well as Social Media know-how.
• MS Office skills (word, excel, powerpoint).
• Team player with excellent Intercultural and interpersonal skills.
• Technical/IT knowledge is a bonus
• You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to  6 months in full-time (38h/week)
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.

• Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year.
