About the Job
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team within IF&IS at AGN as a Transformation and Project Delivery Intern. Reporting to the Chapter Area Lead, you will support project managers, product owners, and strategic project initiatives across the organization.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, product ownership, and strategic project coordination. You will work closely with various departments to support project management activities, optimize workflows, and contribute to strategic initiative.
What you do
- Assist with planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities across multiple departments
- Follow up on action items, deadlines, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery
- Help identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements to optimize workflows
- Contribute to transformation projects documentation, reporting, and process tracking
- Participate in strategic initiatives by gathering data, conducting analyses, and preparing insights for decision-making
- Assist with the preparation of business cases, presentations, and strategic briefs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into structured deliverables
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across Allianz Global Network
What you bring
- Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study such as Business Administration, Management, Economics, or similar.
- Mandatory proficient communication skills (written and verbal) in English, German is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Strategic thinking & business analysis, with the ability to interpret information and contribute to decision-making
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive, curious, and able to work collaboratively in an international environment
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use
You can start immediately and are interested in a full-time internship (38 h/week) or a working student position (16-20 h/week) for a period of idally 6 months or longer.
