Department Description

Our department is responsible for all forms of communication, both external and internal, and we perform multiple tasks including maintaining our intranet platform, social media, and creating all sorts of communication-related pieces. Your team will be very international and we work closely together with colleagues in India, Mauritius, Romania, and across several other European locations. We are passionate about innovative ways of communicating using different media formats to create impact. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare newsletters and other internal and external communication materials
  • Content development for the global and regional intranet and Viva Engage sites
  • Support with global events and townhalls
  • Conduct research for several topics
  • Align communication material with key stakeholder groups
  • Support with global employer branding and customer communications
  • Other related communication activities as appropriate, including global and regional administrative tasks
  • Be willing and interested in exploring how AI can enhance your rol

Key Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program (preferred) in Communications, Journalism or a related field
  • Previous familiarity with communication departments or experience as a journalist
  • Social Media know-how
  • Demonstrate reliability, initiative and independent working style
  • Proficiency in English
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Team player with excellent intercultural skills
  • You are interested in an internship for 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or – as a working student - part time (16-20 h/week)
