Allianz Consulting is the internal consulting division of the Allianz Group. What you do
- Lead client engagements and maintain overall accountability for client relationships, delivery quality, project outcomes, and the achievement of key milestones, acting on behalf of or in close alignment with the Managing Partner.
- Empower Engagement Managers and Consultants to successfully lead project teams, providing coaching, mentorship, and development support while fostering a healthy, motivated, and sustainable staffing model.
- Champion the adoption of AI and Generative AI across the Germany & CE pillar by sponsoring strategic initiatives, setting direction, and building the capabilities required to deliver AI-enabled consulting services at scale.
- Provide senior leadership and oversight for AI transformation engagements, ensuring AI strategies, governance frameworks, and adoption roadmaps align with Allianz's business objectives, regulatory requirements, and responsible AI principles.
- Act as a role model in leveraging AI in day-to-day leadership and consulting activities, fostering a culture of curiosity, continuous learning, experimentation, and AI-enabled delivery excellence.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with clients, identify emerging business opportunities, and shape innovative solutions that address evolving client needs.
- Contribute to the achievement of the pillar's commercial objectives by supporting revenue growth, cost management, profitability, and overall business performance.
- Monitor market, industry, technology, and regulatory developments, with a particular focus on AI and digital transformation, to identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and competitive advantage.
- Strengthen Allianz Consulting's position as a trusted transformation partner by connecting client needs, business strategy, and emerging technologies to deliver measurable impact.
What you bring
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field, combined with 10+ years of leadership, consulting, and transformation experience.
- Proven track record in delivering complex strategic initiatives and driving large-scale business and organizational transformations.
- Strong AI expertise, including AI strategy, governance, responsible AI practices, Generative AI adoption, and AI-enabled change management.
- Established ability to build trusted relationships, influence senior stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across Allianz and international environments.
- Experienced people leader with a strong record of developing, coaching, and inspiring high-performing teams while fostering innovation and continuous learning.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, paired with an entrepreneurial mindset, insurance/financial services knowledge, and fluency in English and German.
